It is shaped and developed by transactional and transformational leadership. However, over the world as well as in Vietnam, we have not found any research that mentioned harmony culture. This study aims to explore the relationship between transactional and transformational leadership on harmony culture. Transactional and transformational leadership, and harmony culture have a profound effect on an organization structure. These relationships conjunctively explain the operational aspects and have a profound effect on the members in the organization, and, at the same time, affect the existence and development of the organization. Transactional and Transformational Leadership is an approach to governance that combines the use of different leadership styles to increase influence in value creation and sharing, and to tap into its full potential of the parties involved in the organization. To successfully conduct this study, we analyzed the literature and invited experts to contribute ideas to build a model for these relationships, and propose a theoretical research model as a basis for empirical research. At the same time, this study attempts to provide meaningful theoretical and knowledge implications for management practice research. ER -
