Abstract

The emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) marks a significant milestone in the digital era, where technology is prevailing and deeply influencing every aspect of life. AI is renowned for its ability to perform tasks that were previously exclusive to humans, such as dialogue, content creation, image and sound processing, scenario simulation, and various other applications. ChatGPT is among the outstanding generative AI models, showcasing progress in the natural language interaction aspect of this technology. The remarkable capabilities of ChatGPT have unlocked vast opportunities for the development of numerous fields, particularly in the realm of digital finance. Anticipating this trend, the research focuses on the application of ChatGPT and AI in this domain, proposing a novel approach: advocating for the application of generative intelligence in the digital finance sector. The authors conducted an in-depth exploration of relevant literature to uncover the potentials of ChatGPT and presented suggestions for seamlessly integrating chatbot technology into digital business and financial landscapes. The first is to build an in-depth financial chatbot, trained with specialized data, to help answer more accurately about the market, investment trends, and financial situation. Second, integrate ChatGPT into the investment consulting platform to provide personalized investment methods and portfolio optimization advice. Finally, adopt ChatGPT to perform more in-depth market and trading analyses.
