Intellectual property rights have increasingly gained prominence in the community, especially in terms of copyright. Currently, acts of copyright infringement are getting sophisticated and common. Although the law has established and maintained a number of protections for rights holders, the issue of how to effectively protect copyright is always the most concerned topic, particularly in the period when digital technology has ascended the peak combined with a strongly developed network connection. Therefore, international treaties were also signed up to support at the international level and promote copyright protection within member countries. The law must attempt to promptly regulate infringement in the increasingly complex and sophisticated digital environment. Currently, there are various copyright protection measures such as self-protection measures from copyright owners who may use technological measures or the penalty imposition of the competent authorities when infringement emerges. Thus, this article concentrates on analyzing feasible and suitable measures in copyright protection in accordance with the requirements of the current trend through the analysis of Vietnamese law, compared with CPTPP Agreement.
